This started as a way to document the amusing antics of our 2 & 4 year old children several years ago. It has evolved into a great forum for keeping grandparents, friends, and other relatives involved in our daily lives. It is also a good place for me to share what is important in our lives, and to document those things I want to be sure I don't forget.

What kind of butterfly is that? It looks big. Also, we have not forgotten Danielle's birthday, I have had so much on my plate this month that it is just on a very full to do list!
It's a rather beat up giant swallowtail. It is big, but my butterfly bush is a dwarf, so it looks big compared to the flowers, too, I think.
No need to worry about Danielle or her bday! She had plenty of celebrating and doesn't feel slighted in the least. Plus, if you recall, I'm pretty sure Natalie's card was AT LEAST a week late!
