Looking for Tree Frogs

One of my favorite summer activities is looking for tree frogs with Danielle after a summer rain. I keep waiting for the day when she won't think it's fun to explore the park together any more. Thankfully, it doesn't look like that day is here yet. Honestly, it's so much more than just finding frogs. I love the way she looks at life, and I love spending time with her. Getting to share one of my favorite places with her is a bonus.

Today we found GIANT tadpoles, a garter snake,

baby barn swallows,

and a gray treefrog. I spotted it first this time. See it?!
