Bye, Bye Butterflies

Yesterday I released my last monarch of the season. This was the last of 21 I just released. In all, I released around 70 this summer. It was a good monarch season for me this year.

 

This was a couple weeks ago.

 

I planted Mexican sunflowers this year, and the monarchs loved them!
