This started as a way to document the amusing antics of our 2 & 4 year old children several years ago. It has evolved into a great forum for keeping grandparents, friends, and other relatives involved in our daily lives. It is also a good place for me to share what is important in our lives, and to document those things I want to be sure I don't forget.

Ah-Ah-AH-CHOO!!!
Let's just say the pollen count has been extremely high the past few days. I'm sure our beautiful cherry tree is one of the culprits.
No, it's a fruitless cherry tree - just like our fruitless pear. Sometimes these trees will get little "berries" on them, but they are only big enough for the birds. We have a lot of apple orchards and some people grow pears, but most of the "fruit" trees around here have been genetically engineered not to produce fruit.
Our pear trees blossomed overnight. I sure hope we don't get an overnight freeze.
ReplyDeleteDo you grow your own cherries?? I will be so jealous!
